The are looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to work in their Niddrie office located in the Northern/Western suburbs. In this role you will have exposure to a broad mix of property and commercial matters including: Property acquisitions & disposals Commercial & Residential developments Commercial & Retail Leasing Advice in relation to corporate and trust structures for property transactions Structuring, negotiating and preparing joint venture, profit sharing, finance agreements and other commercial agreements Planning law The ideal candidate will: Previous experience in commercial property matters, ideally gained within a reputable law firm or a recognised boutique practice.
